Eligibility for Returns

  1. While we strive to accurately display the colors and images of our products on our store, variations might occur due to computer monitor settings. Thus, if you are dissatisfied with the color of an item, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  2. Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Occasional Shipping Damage

In rare instances, an item might sustain damage during transit. If you suspect shipping damage upon receiving an order, kindly contact our team promptly. You need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Picture of damaged package or products
  • Correct shipping address

We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.

It’s worth noting that minor wear and tear on the shipping carton or packing materials usually does not affect the product’s condition.

Defective Product

Although rare, products with manufacturing defects may occur. If you believe an item you received is defective, please reach out to our team immediately. You need to provide:

  • Picture of damaged package or products
  • Correct shipping address

We will arrange a replacement for your defective item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.

    • Ensure the items are in good condition: All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the denial of a refund.
    • The original labels and tags are intact: Please include all original packaging, price labels, etc. with the product, ensuring they have not been tampered with. Proper packing is the customer’s responsibility, and you are accountable for the package until we receive it. Keep your postal receipt and tracking number as proof of shipment.
    • Provide proof of purchase: For instance, a receipt or an invoice.
  3. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the package and its contents. We will then notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.
  4. Once your return is approved, we will offer to send you a replacement product at no cost. In case the product is out of stock, you will have the option to choose an alternative product of similar value from our store. If you opt not to select an alternative, we will provide a refund equal to the purchase amount via your original payment method.
  5. We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping fees associated with return items. If the value of the shipped items exceeds $50, we recommend considering shipping with a track and trace number or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.

Change or Cancel Order

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.
