While this means your item may take around 2-3 weeks at most to reach you, please don’t worry if it doesn’t arrive immediately – it’s en route and we appreciate your patience. However, if the product you’ve purchased is available in a warehouse closer to you, like in the US, you’ll likely experience faster shipping times, sometimes even within a few days.

Processing Your Orders

Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring that your order is swiftly processed and dispatched within 72 hours at most. Just to clarify, “shipping” refers to when the product leaves our warehouse, while “delivery” is the estimated date you can expect it at your door.

Please be aware that estimated delivery times are meant as a guide and may not be exact. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirming your shipping details, along with a tracking number that lets you monitor your package’s journey as it makes its way to you and remaining delivery time.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Arrival Times

Good news – all our orders come with complimentary shipping! However, due to our arrangement with partners spanning the globe, your item may take roughly 2-3 weeks (at most) to be delivered. Please bear in mind that during busier times, like the festive season, delivery times may be a bit longer.

Ordering Multiple Items?

Given our collaboration with global partners, it’s possible that your items could be shipped separately to expedite delivery. Rest assured, you will receive all the items you ordered!

Updating Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, just drop us an email with the updated details. However, please note that once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to modify the shipping address.

Customs and Charges

While we’re delighted to offer free shipping, it’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any custom charges. Customs authorities may levy their own fees unrelated to our free shipping policy. As an independent entity, they have the prerogative to charge as they deem necessary.

Shipping Restrictions

Regrettably, we’re unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes or Military Addresses.

Concerns about Lost or Damaged Packages?
